Vario system is a universal approach for mounting a variety of façade materials, realized by selecting custom designed accessories. You can choose from the following Vario systems:
Vario Agrob Buchtal
The system is for mounting ceramic tiles Kera Twin K15/K18 of Agrob Buchtal and it is developed together with the leading German producer.
The system differs from the existing solutions because it has a main supporting profile which shape enables a precise fixing of the gap between adjacent tiles.
The system offers:
• easier fixing of the vertical gap between tiles by means of a main supporting vertical profiles with customized shape which prevents tiles’ movement in horizontal direction
• possibility to paint the visible part of the joint profile in color to match the color of the façade material
• improved protection against rainstorm
• easier and safer mounting of the adapters in tiles’ grooves by means of a specially designed polymer accessory (PA6 30GF), developed by ETEM which basic use is to align and position the aluminum hanger
• possibility for production of profiles for mounting of tiles in different heights on one profile
• possibility of production of the main supporting profiles in custom lengths from 186mm to over 4000 mm
• the both-side punched profile is the only solution for finishing of windows that are too close to the construction base (up to 50mm) and for coating of pillars

Vario Agrob Buchtal K20
This ventilated façade system is designed for the installation of Agrob Buchtal ceramic tiles Kera Twin K20, again developed in cooperation with Agrob Buchtal.
The innovative system rail provides even more efficient and quick mounting – the panels are installed simply by hanging them.
The system offers:

Vario undercut 
The system is designed for invisible mounting of thin and smooth façade materials using undercut anchors. The undercut anchors, system accessories and designed profiles allow for secure mounting of the material
The system offers:
• perfect vision of the façade with no visible holding elements
• large variety of sizes and designs of the façade material
• highest level of security when fixing the tiles due to the Fischer® undercut anchors
• Possibility to use façade materials with thickness ranging from 8mm to more than 35mm
• Fast and easy installation – 1.5 sq.m. per person per hour
• Fully engineered work which covers the entire project and guarantees a complete system solution

Vario clips
Vario clips system is designed for visible mounting of thin and smooth façade materials through clips. Specially constructed profiles and accessories for the VARIO system allow for secure mounting of hpl, fiber cement, glass, light stone and
ceramics less than 12 mm in thickness.
The system offers:
• Fast and precise installation without usage of special equipment. The main profiles are specially punched in sizes that correspond to the size of the façade material.
• Easier alignment of the vertical grout between the tiles through the main vertical profile whose special shape limits their movements in the horizontal direction.
• Possibility for colour finishes of the visible part of the grout profile in order to match the façade material.
• Improved protection against "shaving" rain.
• Possibility for production of profiles that allow for the mounting of tiles with different heights on the main profile.
• Possibility for production of main profiles with different lengths.
• The both-side punched main profile is an excellent solution for reversals of windows located near construction bases (up to 50mm) and for installing of façades on columns.

Vario with visible fastening elements
The system is suitable for visible mounting of thin and smooth façade materials through rivets/screw. Specially constructed profiles and accessories for the VARIO system allow for secure mounting of fiber cement, hpl, aquapanel less than 12 mm

The system offers: 
• Fast installation on a deferent size of the façade material.
• Possibility for colour finishes of the visible rivets in order to match the façade material
• Possibility to use façade materials with thickness ranging from 4 mm to 8 mm

Vario adhesive
The system is designed for mounting of light façade materials with invisible fastening by gluing technique. 
ETEM recommends the use of Sika Tack ® - Panel.
The system offers:
• glue with long lasting elasticity guaranteed by the manufacturer 
• a double side adhesive tape necessary to fix firmly the façade panel for at least 12 hours until the glue penetrates permanently its surface layer
• the pretreatment of the main supporting profiles and the back side of the façade panel is extremely important in order to achieve maximum results

Mounting method: gluing technique

Vario Argeton
The system is designed for visible mounting of ceramic tiles Argeton.
The system offers:
• main supporting profiles punched in advance at 25 mm distance to facilitate the preliminary job of the designer and the preparation of the structure 
• easy mounting of tiles with standard dimensions to the “universal” supporting pillar
• perforated finishing profile

Vario etalbond
The system is specially designed for mounting of composite material etalbond ®, produced by Elval Color. 
The composite material etalbond ® is another product offered by ETEM. So you can rely on the full service quality provided both by the façade material and the mounting system as well.
The system offers: 
• optimal solution for large and flat façades, 
• assuring easy, fast and secure mounting of the composite panel
• optimal behaviour to the thermal expansion of the composite panel
